§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGESome provision for this service is being made in the Estimates for the ensuing financial year, to which I presume my hon. Friend refers. The principles which should govern the application of the Grant are a matter for consideration by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster in the first instance, if and when circumstances admit.
