HC Deb 04 February 1915 vol 69 c157W
Mr. HARRY HOPE

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Agriculture whether, in view of the high prices at present prevailing for bran and other grain offal and considering that the Board of Agriculture for Scotland has prohibited the export of these articles, he will now take steps to stop their exportation?

Sir HARRY VERNEY

The exportation of milling offals, except by licence, was prohibited early in August last on the advice of the Board. No licences have been passed by the Board since October.
