§ Mr. RUNCIMANThe exportation of horses from Great Britain to the Continent is regulated by the Diseases of Animals Act, 1910. The system of administration cannot be described within the limits of an answer to a Parliamentary question, but I am sending to the hon. and learned Member a copy of the Board's Annual Report for the year 1912, in which he will find full particulars. The report for last year will soon be available.
