§ Mr. J. A. PEASEI must refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave him to-day on the subject of agreements between local education authorities and managers as to school pence. During the year ending 31st March, 1911, the Manchester local education authority paid to the managers of voluntary schools within its area the sum of £506 18s. 11d.
