§ Mr. W. E. HARVEYasked the Prime Minister whether the Lord Lieutenant of Derbyshire submitted early last year to the Lord Chancellor a list of gentlemen for appointment as justices of the peace for the county of Derby; and, if so, whether he can state when the appointments will be made?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI should be glad if hon. Members would postpone questions about the appointment of justices of the peace for a few days, as the Lord1632W Chancellor has not yet had time to go into the question.
