HC Deb 04 December 1912 vol 44 c2305W
Mr. CHARLES BATHURST

asked the Postmaster-General whether he has received repeated requests from Shrewton, in the county of Wilts, for the provision of telephone facilities in that village and district; and whether, in view of the increasing amount of local business resulting from the proximity of several military camps and several large racing stables, he can arrange to provide such facilities at an early date?

Mr. HERBERT SAMUEL

A canvass for subscribers to an exchange at Shrewton has recently been completed, and I hope to be able to give a decision in the matter shortly.
