asked the President of the Board of Trade if he will state what were the exports of cotton piece goods from the United Kingdom to the principal regions of the world in 1911, stating the percentage in each case; and what were the exports of cotton yarns from the United Kingdom to the principal regions of the world in 1911, stating the percentage in each case?
