HC Deb 27 February 1911 vol 22 c165W
Mr. WILLIAM O'BRIEN

asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland what decision the Estates Commissioners have come to with respect to the claim of George P. Lynch, son and personal representative of Patrick Lynch, an evicted tenant in the Parish of Kilconly, Tuam, county Galway, on the estate of Mr. Thomas Lewin, Castlegrove, who two years ago applied for reinstatement and has never since received a reply?

Mr. BIRRELL

The Estates Commissioners have received an application from George P. Lynch for reinstatement in a holding formerly occupied by his father on the estate referred to. As his application was received after the date mentioned in the Evicted Tenants Act, 1907, it cannot be dealt with under that Act.
