§ Mr. SHEEHANasked whether the Estates Commissioners have received and considered the claim of James Crawley, evicted tenant on the W. B. Lane estate, at Shanachrane, Inchigeela; whether they consider the fact that his brother is the present occupier of the holding a sufficient reason for barring out the claim of James Crawley; if he is in every other respect a bonâ fide evicted tenant; and can they hold out any hope for a recommendation of it?
