Major MORRISON-BELLasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether he is aware that members of the Territorial Forces who are also members of the Post Office staff can obtain special leave to attend courses of instruction and draw civil pay, whilst similar facilities are at present refused to members of the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve; and whether he will approach the Treasury to place members of the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve on exactly the same footing as members of the Territorial Forces in this respect?
