§ Mr. J. P. FARRELLasked the Chief Secretary whether any steps have yet been taken to compel the middle landlord, Mr. Robert Stratford, Tuite, to sell to his under tenant, James Reilly, Killeen, county Longford, on the same terms on which he purchased his own farm from Mr. Slater Wilson; and, if not, will he now direct the attention of the Estates Commissioners to this man's case with a view to action being taken to get him entered on Form H if it cannot be done in any other way?
Mr. BlRRELLMr. Tuite has not lodged an agreement to purchase his holding on the Wilson-Slator estate. When the estate is being dealt with in order of priority the case of the sub tenants will be inquired into.
