HC Deb 28 April 1910 vol 17 c765W
Sir WILLIAM COLLINS

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he proposes to introduce legislation during the present Session to give effect to the recommendation of the Departmental Committee appointed to inquire into the law relating to coroners and coroners' inquests, and into the practice in coroners' courts?

Mr. CHURCHILL

I have now under my consideration two valuable Reports made by this Committee, but I fear that as matters now stand I cannot give any pledge as to when it will be possible to propose legislation to carry out its recommendations.
