Mr. HOHLER

asked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that Thomas Richard Hedges, of No. 1. George's Cottages, Luton, Chatham, aged forty, who enlisted in the 2nd Battalion of the Wiltshire Regiment on 20th March, 1889, No. 2,496, and was discharged as medically unfit, with an exemplary character, on 19th March, 1902, is still wholly incapacitated from work by the same illness; that the last pension of 9d. a day awarded to him terminated on 19th March, 1904; and whether he will inquire into the case with a view to seeing whether some small pension or allowance can be made to him in the circumstances of the case?
