§ Sir MAURICE LEVYasked the President of the Local Government Board whether he is aware that Mr. J. Watts, 39, Ridsdale-road, Anerley, the father of a child born on 3rd April, 1909, made a declaration before a Commissioner for Oaths on 31st July, and sent this the same day to the vaccination officer; that on 8th September the public vaccinator gave Mr. Watts notice that he would call the next day to offer to vaccinate the child; and that on 22nd October the vaccination officer gave Mr. Watts 14 days' notice in which to have his child vaccinated; and whether he will reprimand the vaccination officer for his behaviour in the matter?
