§ Mr. BOWERMANasked the Postmaster-General whether he has received an application from the secretary of the Senior Postmen and Lobby Officers' Association, asking him to receive a deputation from that body with reference to the departmental interpretation of the Hobhouse Committee's Report; and, if so, can he state when he will be prepared to receive such deputation?
