§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners inform me that they have not approached the owner of these lands. They published a notice in the "Dublin Gazette" with a view to the compulsory acquisition of the lands of Bawn under the Evicted Tenants Act, but found that they could not be so acquired.
