§ Sir E. STRACHEYThe annual report of the Board's proceedings under the Small Holdings and Allotments Act which is now in course of preparation will bring the information to which my right hon. Friend refers up to the 31st December last. Its compilation entails considerable labour on the part of the officers of county councils, belt we shall, of course, be glad to obtain and publish the information whenever there is reason to suppose that any material change in the situation has occurred.
