§ Mr. FIELDasked the Chief Secretary whether he is aware that the assistant teachers in secondary schools are liable to be dismissed without notice and without causa being assigned and without right of appeal; and whether he will arrange that in future when such cases occur that an appeal to the immediate board or to the Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction shall be allowed?
§ Mr. BIRRELLI have no power to interfere in any way with the relations between assistant teachers in secondary schools and the heads of the schools.
