§ Colonel SEELYThe draft Act, as finally agreed by the National Convention 733W at Bloemfontein, will be laid before Parliament in a few days and will be accompanied by a second report of the delegates to the South African Parliaments which shows the alterations made in the text published in Cd. 4525.
