§ Mr. DewarContractual arrangements for individual projects are an operational matter for Scottish Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and the local enterprise companies. I have asked the Chairmen to write to the hon. Member.
From 1 July 1999 this will be a matter for the Scottish Parliament.
