§ Mr. DewarThe budget figures for NDPBs for 1998–99 can be obtained from Appendix 7 of "Serving Scotland's Needs, The Government's Expenditure Plans 1998–99" (Cm 3914). Plan figures for 1999–2000 and 2000–01, as set in the Comprehensive Spending Review, will be published in Spring 1999 in "Serving Scotland's Needs, The Government's Expenditure Plans 1999–2000 to 2001–02". The remainder of the information requested is held locally by Non-Departmental Public Bodies and, as such could be gathered centrally only at a disproportionate cost.
