§ Mr. Dewar[holding answer 4 February 1999]: Planned net provision and estimated expenditure for Industry, Enterprise and Training is £544 million in 1999–2000, £545 million in 2000–01 and £595 million in 2001–02.
From 1 July 1999 this will be a matter for the Scottish Parliament.
