What is their response to the statement of 13th September 1994 by General Delic, Commander of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina, giving evidence of continuing war supplies from Serbia to Serbs in Bosnia and of the presence in Bosnia of units of the Yugoslav Army.

We share the assessment of the International Conference on the former Yugoslavia Border Monitoring Mission that the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia/Bosnia border has been effectively closed. We are aware of no firm evidence of continued war supplies from Serbia to Serbs in Bosnia, or of the presence in Bosnia of units of the Yugoslav Army.
