§ Baroness Chalker of WallaseyGeneral Mladic is the Commander of the Bosnian Serb Army, a position he has held since May 1992. We understand that he receives his orders from the political leadership in Pale and the Bosnian Serb Assembly. We have no information on the source of his pay.
