What is their response to the recommendations in the Law Commission's report on Family Law: Matrimonial Property (Law Comm.175).

After careful consideration, the Government have decided not to implement this report. I am however grateful to the Law Commission for the valuable contribution which the report has made to the development of this area of the law.
