asked Her Majesty's Government:
Whether the Treaty on European Union signed at Maastricht on 7th February 1992 has been registered in accordance with Article 102 of the United Nations Charter, and if not, why not.

§ Lord Henley
The Italian Government, as depositary for the Treaty on European Union, is responsible for its registration with the United Nations. We understand that they have lodged it for registration.
