HL Deb 26 July 1994 vol 557 c78WA
Lord Mulley

Lord Henley

As demonstrated in recent Defence White Papers, the Government remains confident that our Armed Papers, the Government remains confident that our Armed Forces are fully able to carry out the broad spectrum of operations which they currently undertake: for our own protection, contributing to collective defence with out allies through NATO, and promoting our wider security interests through the support of international peace and stability.
