§ Mr. MacleanIntegrated pollution control is being phased in between 1991 and 1996. We are satisfied that it is being properly implemented and enforced by Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution and that its introduction is proceeding according to timetable. It is our policy to keep this, and all other systems for which the Department is responsible, under review.
