Mr. HoggWe have made our views very clear to the Israelis, most recently in a meeting between European Community Foreign Ministers and the Israeli Foreign Minister in Brussels on 1 February. The Israeli Government have now taken a helpful step in the right direction. We are urging on all concerned that it should be their top priority to resume the peace process.
