§ Mr. Lennox-BoydBBC World Service television, which is a commercial enterprise, is now available in Europe, most of Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Canada, and is on course to achieve its target of world coverage by the end of this year. A service to Australasia is expected to begin soon, and negotiations are under way for services in Latin America and Japan, and for rebroadcasts in the United States.
