Whether the experts mentioned in paragraph 5.1 of A Consultation on The Medical Assessment for Incapacity Benefit, from whom advice was sought on a new medical test of incapacity for work, included any specialists in the field of mental health.

The panel of medical experts and representatives of disabled people, which is being drawn together as part of the evaluation of the new test, will also include specialists in the field of mental health and representatives from organisations for people with mental health problems.
