HL Deb 17 December 1992 vol 541 c47WA
Lord Hylton

asked Her Majesty's Government:

What means are being used to bring war criminals to trial throughout the former Republic of Yugoslavia.

Baroness Chalker of Wallasey

The Commission of Experts established by UN Security Council Resolution 780 are tasked with the collation, analysis, and investigation of evidence, submitted to them by states, of war crimes committed in the former Yugoslavia. They have not yet reported to the UN Secretary-General with their findings and recommendations.
