§ Baroness Chalker of WallaseyHer Majesty's Government have consistently deplored activities in the former Yugoslavia which involve breaches of the Laws of War or accepted tenets of International Humanitarian Law. The situation in Sarajevo is a cause of great concern. The Ministerial meeting of the International Conference in Yugoslavia on 16th December will focus on the situation in Bosnia.
