§ Mr. MacleanCompanies are required to submit a wide range of studies including field studies in support of their applications for statutory approval for pesticides. This material forms the basis of an evaluation which is considered by the independent Advisory Committee on Pesticides. The data underlying the published evaluation are available for public scrutiny on application to the registration authorities.
