How many cyclists in the Greater London area have been, within a recent convenient period, prosecuted for not having proper lights.

In England and Wales in 1989 there were, 1,381 prosecutions for lighting and reflector offences on pedal cycles. None of these prosecutions were within the Metropolitan Police District and City of London Police Force Areas.
