Whether they intend to introduce a Trade Marks Bill during this session of Parliament and, if not, when.

It is very unlikely that a Trade Marks Bill will be introduced in the current session of Parliament, since the legislative programme is short. However, we intend to introduce such a Bill as soon as circumstances permit.
