What is the average length of time between receipt of a notice of appeal in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the hearing of the appeal—

  1. (a)in England and Wales;
  2. (b)in Scotland.

The average time between the receipt of an appeal and a full hearing by the Employment Appeal Tribunal is 18 months in England and Wales and 4 months in Scotland.
