asked Her Majesty's Government:

What were the results of appeals by employees and employers respectively for the year ending 31st March 1991 in (i) England and Wales and (ii) Scotland, for:

  1. (a)unfair dismissal appeals;
  2. (b)appeals under the Equal Pay Act 1970 (as amended);
  3. (c)appeals under the Sex Discrimination Acts;
  4. (d)appeals under the Race Relations Act 1976; and
  5. (e)other cases.
