§ Mr. BaldryOne prosecution under the provisions of the Reservoirs Act 1975, in 1989, has been reported by the enforcement authorities. The alleged offences were non-compliance with notices requiring works to a reservoir following an inspection and failure to appoint a supervising engineer. The prosecution was successful. The reports due on 1 April this year will disclose any further prosecutions that have taken place since 1989.
