§ Mr. KeyAllowance is made for nursery provision within the standard spending assessment for social services for children. The assessment for Lambeth is calculated in the same way as for other authorities, on the basis of the formula set out in paragraph 3.19 of the Revenue Support Grant Distribution Report (England) as amended by the Revenue Support Grant Distribution (Amendment) Report (England) debated and approved by the House on 29 January.
