§ Mr. AtkinsThe Government's priority is the introduction of all seating accommodation in line with Lord Justice Taylor's recommendations. Substantial funds are being made available to the Football Trust from the reduction in pool betting duty. It is for other public authorities in the area to decide their own investment priorities.
