§ Mr. ParkinsonWe met in Washington on 11 January. We discussed a variety of topics. Prominent were the prospects for liberalising the United Kingdom-United States aviation market, and arrangements for new United States airline services to regional airports. These discussions are now being carried forward. Indeed, I have spoken to Mr. Skinner in the past week.
