To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on the report by the Comptroller and Auditor-General on bilateral aid to India.

§ Mrs. Chalker
The Government will reply to the report of the Public Accounts Committee on the report of the Comptroller and Auditor General in the usual way by means of a Treasury minute.
