§ Mr. NeedhamThe information is not held centrally. The Department has no responsibility for carrying out 167W inspections of registered residential homes. However, the registering and inspecting authority, namely, the Northern board, tells me that, in the year ended 29 February 1988, a total of 25 notified and two unnotified inspections have been carried out in the six registered residential homes in the Larne, Carrickfergus and Newtownabbey unit of management.
