To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will introduce a further order to amend the Business Advertisements (Disclosure) Order 1977 so as to require the words "trade sale" to be used in advertisements whenever a sale is conducted in the course of a trade or business; and if he will make a statement.

No. the Business Advertisements (Disclosure) Order 1977 already makes it illegal to place advertisements unless it is made reasonably clear that the goods advertised are to be sold in the course of a business.
