§ Mr. ButcherNo. A pre-sales inspection report for each used car offered for sale is already a requirement of the code of practice for the motor industry which is operated by member of the Motor Agents Association, the Scottish Motor Trade Association and the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders. I have no plans to make this a statutory requirement.
