To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science when he expects to publish the draft financial memoranda covering relationships between his Department and the PCFC and between his Department and the UFC; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Jackson

These documents will set out formal financial requirements on matters such as transfer of funds and accounting and audit. They will be drafted in discussion with the interested parties and made publicly available in due course.
