§ Mr. SoleyTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what progress his Department has made in finalising the text of a leaflet on homelessness, the initial draft of which was circulated for consultation to interested voluntary agencies on 8 April 1987; and when his Department plans to publish and distribute this leaflet.
§ Mrs. RoeWe expect to publish a leaflet later this year. It will need to take account of further evidence now becoming available on local authorities' operation of the homelessness legislation.
