asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will stop the sale of British blow-pipe anti-aircraft weapons to Afghan counter-revolutionary forces; and whether they will undertake that British instructors will not be permitted to travel to Afghanistan for the purpose of training them in the use of these weapons.
