§ Mr. LeeIt is not possible to give information in the form requested. However, at the end of September, the latest date for which statistics are available, there were 4,649 people employed on community programmes in the Merseyside outer area. This includes the Metropolitan borough council area of Knowsley, Sefton and St. Helens.
